Kupla in short

Kupla Productions Ltd is a media production company ("tuotantoyhtiö" in Finnish) that was founded in May 1999 by Jari Mäkinen.

Kupla's activities can be divided roughly in three parts:

one supporting Mr. Mäkinen with his articles and programmes for variety of media based mainly in Finland,

another providing audiovisual and information services for commercial and institutional customers, and

running the tiedetuubi.fi website.

The productions of Kupla range from short texts up to comprehensive productions including several subcontractors. Sometimes Kupla founds itself also in purely artistic productions.

Academy of Finland

Southern African Large Telescope

Several videos, including general presentation video and science highlights. Some of those are online.

Aalto-1

PR and communications of the first Finnish satellite, Aalto-1 from the Aalto university.

Suomi-100

PR and communications of the Suomi-100 satellite project, with Aalto university.

Space Truck

Development and running the Space Truck, space-themed roaming space exhibition. Up to now three tours have been made in 2012, 2014 and 2017.
